Heritage Service Group faced the challenge of unifying their overarching brand while maintaining the identity of its legacy local brands (Key, Enviro-Tech, Choquette CKS, RGH, and Atlantic). The goal was to create a cohesive brand image and increase awareness of both the Heritage brand and its individual components.

Our Approach:

  • We employed a multi-faceted approach, including updated branding and messaging, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, email marketing, and the creation of internal communications and recruitment websites.

  • A major focus was on rebranding and creating a consistent brand image across all customer touchpoints, including presentation slide decks, vehicle wraps and tradeshow materials.

  • We worked closely with local and national stakeholders to develop guidelines and materials that resonated with each company under the Heritage umbrella.
